I was away for some time and want to use my normal number again. Can you check and see if it is still available to be used. It's 416-312-xxxx.

@blacktiger , I called the number and it rang so it is in use at the moment.

If you haven’t kept up with payment for 90 days or longer. You lost your number and it will be returned to the original carrier.
So there is a slim chance you will get it back.
There is a chance if the number is a Telus or Koodo number. Contact a CS_Agent if they can retrieve it back for you.
If it is another carrier (Eg. Rogers) then say good bye to your number.

HI @blacktiger when did you last paid for your account? if account expired/suspended , and you didn't pay within the 90 days, it would be gone
Please call 1-855-4PUBLIC and check if it can find your account.

But since you posted it, I have called 1.855.4PUBLIC on behalf and checked for you, look like you have not paid for over 90 days and the account was already closed. The number would have gone back to the provider where you got the number from originally.
So, if you want to re-join PM, you will have to get a new sim card and activate again
