Hi,
I signed up for the $34/month Canada/US package when my monthly payment cycle ends. I'm now planning to go to the US tomorrow, but when I login to the Public Mobile website, this package is gone. It still shows that this subscription will start next cycle, but I can't find a way to start the subscription today. Is there a way?

@Tim1994 You would need to ask support to help with that if it’s possible
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
