Special Promotional payment If you signed up a new person prior to Sept 12th.

Just wondering how long this special promotional  $25 payment ($5 per month) to the new Person signing up and $25 for my account also. The last 4 numbers of their new signup are 5329. Nothing on this month's invoice (today) for my account and most likely nothing on their new account also.

@trooper0169   You have to ask your friend to check it first!!!

 

Ask you friend to see if he/she received the $10 as Available Fund the first couple days after joining.  Ask your friend to check the Payment History page in My Account to confirm

 

If  your friend did not receive the $10 also, you will have to ask your friend to help to create a single ticket for both of you to have PM support to look into it.  It always the one who got referred into PM needs to open the ticket for both sides.

 

To open the ticket:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I am guessing it was after the 2nd then and you thought it was the 12th and that's why you didn't receive it. With that said at the very least you should have receive the cha-ching text about adding a friend and that friend should have received their $10 credit by now, so if none of that has happened you can reach out to a CSA to look into it and manually add it if there was a glitch, and if by chance it was Sept. 2nd or prior, add that too.

When did your new friend sign up?

From previous similar promotions, at the beginning of the month.  Both should get a text stating that the credit has been applied.  Should be there by your next payment date.
