Hi, I setup my account today and received a confirmation email, however I am not able to login to my account under self-serve. Here is the message I receive: Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again. I tried the lost password but it does not recognize my email. I would appreciate any help.

Password reset does not work either.

@cpolito Try creating the account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ If the SIM activated but the account creation failed it will do the job.
