I have two very serious concerns. 1. Sept 6 2024 I was charged $16.95. 2. Sept 8 2024 I was charged $16.95 October 8 2024 I was charged $16.95. The extra charge was not applied to October's bill. When I went on my history it shows only one charge for September. I was not able to use the texting from Sept 23, 2024.
2. My texting was cut off again on Sept 23 2024. My access was started up again from this third payment yesterday, I sent one text and now I have almost zero mg left. How do I find out who is using my number? How do I get this extra payment TAKEN OFF my credit card as it was not put towards October's bill as I was originally told it would be?

first check with support and see what they found
