Someone is using my cell number

I checked my phone call and data usage. I find that someone is making calls that I do not recognise using my account. Can this be traced and corrected? If I don't get this corrected, I must cancel my account.

What is the exact number?  Does it end in -4001?  

IF it does end in 4001, no need to worry.  That is your phone accessing the voicemail.  Even if somebody calls your number and does not leave a voice mail, it will be reported in your usage section.
