If you are sure you have been SIM swapped. I would suggest you login to your phone account (Eg. Apple ID or Samsung account etc) and change your password. Also check with your back of any strange withdrawals.

how you find out? you sure they access your My Account?
can you still login ? if you can, change the password first, and decide what to do after. Maybe put your account to Lost/Stolen
