Ordered a new SIM card but i can't get it to activate keeps telling me to enter a valid number

it is a new card and never been activated?
try to activate again using Private/Incognito mode
If it still does not work, you can try to go back to where you bought it (if it is a store), or open ticket with CS agent:

The sim number is mentioned on the sim and the card / jacket as well. Maybe you are reading a digit incorrectly?
