I have an iPhone 12 with an eSIM , Suddenly, I cannot call some numbers. Others still work, text and data work, Cannot seem to submit a ticket online. Tried forcing 3G data only and restarting phone, same issue. Tried turning cellular line off and then back on, same issue. My account is active and I have data, help!

issue in AB is now resolved
But issue with BC still not fixed yet.
Cause: Damage inflicted upon TELUS infrastructure (Cable theft)
Impacted cities: Boston Bar, Yale, Spuzzum

A reboot was the first thing I tried. It didn’t change anything.
One of the numbers that I couldn’t call out to is working now.

Local power was bad this morning, went out 2x in 10 mins, maybe towers got messed up?
