I just changed my subscription to the $15 plan, I bought a payment voucher and successfully added the nip, but I'm still unable to use my phone

reboot the phone and try login My account again using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser

Also, call *611 from your phone  and it will tell you if the account is reactivated

if not, check with PM CS agent.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
