You can only have 1 account/email address so you can’t add your line on her account.
If the SIM haven’t been activated yet. Just download the PM app on your phone and activate the new SIM. You will have the option to port your old number over or pick a new number.
Porting an old number will take additional steps. Picking a new number is straight forward.

@Mimi1992 So each account needs to have it own email so you need to use a different email but you can use the same password and payment method . And remember you need to activate on the app not website and don’t forget to use her or your referral code for this second account
adding and the SIM card has to be a new never activated SIM card to work

It a second Sim card my aunt had when she got her phone last September. Now I want to set up my new phone with alley credentials as a second phone but not on her account

@Mimi1992 is that a brand new sim card?? you tried on different phones? did you properly setup via activation (new account) or change sim card (existing account). ?? Give us more details so we can help
