APN settings are unrelated to SMS.

Hi @TinaCe As per @hTideGnow Did you just port over to PM recently? Have you been a customer for a while? 

If you've been a customer for a while, one thing I like to do is go to the network settings and turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile as my service then I reboot. Then seems things  seem to work better. Let us know.

@TinaCe  Maybe try resetting the net work settings , also is it possible for you to test the SIM card in another phone and try ?

if you just ported into PM, 2FA from other systems will take 7 days to come. Its a security thing
