Since porting 2 days ago, I cannot send or receive texts.
I have reset network settings.
apple doesn’t seem to be able to verify my ported phone number.
how do I resolve this issue?
never had issues before with previous provider.

They weren’t able to fix it and have taken the issue to IT but nobody has reached out. I’m about to jump ship as this is ridiculous

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I can call, but sms and iMessage won’t function. Ticket submitted.

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls? and you are new users?
