My service is not working why

I called 611 and nothing was answering my request the call was end

dial 611 with your phone to hear current account status. Check to see if your plan has failed to renew. If so, let us know for further guidance.

HI @CruzD 

check My Account and see if account is active.  Best to use Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to check to avoid cache problem.  You can also check the account status by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone 

if it is active, try to reboot the phone, try the sim card in another phone

if still unsure why the service does not work, ask agent to help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
