Calling my voicemail and it takes about 45-50 seconds to even connect and get the voicemail lady to tell me how many messages I have.
It is silent, no sound, no ringing, nothing, then she says how many messages I have, I hit #1 to hear it, another 30-40 seconds pass and I hear the message. I press #7 to delete and another 30-45 seconds pass and then I hear the next message.
It literally took me over 9 minutes to hear 4 blank messages and 1 actual message(and it was short, just a name and number and call me back.....)
This has been going on for weeks now.
please help, why is this happening.....Why?

If the issue has not cleared up try resetting your voicemail pin # via your self serve account.
To contact customer support :
Submit a support ticket via Simple--Simon the chat bot Click here
Or if you prefer or cannot submit a support ticket you may send a private message : Click here
To pre-verify add in your private messaging only your full name, address, email, phone # & 4 digit account pin #

@MariaMG - that sounds annoying, especially if someone is on a limited calling plan and calling from their PM device.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

Try again later. Seems to be a glitch with Voicemail today.
