I can’t retrieve my Voicemail messages

@warkie   Is this an iPhone running ios17?  If it is the problem may be Apple's Live Voicemail.  It will intercept voicemails and they are accessed by tapping on the voicemail icon bottom right of the phone app.  If that is the problem you can disable Live Voicemail if you don't want to use it.

@warkie try to access VM from smother phone by call yourself, see if it works.  If so, it could be just a speed dial setup on your phone
