So its monday morning, my phone had worked most of the time on the weekend.
Now it is showing no No Service
I have tried to restart the phone, start in safe mode, reset setting to no avail.
I have tried a different sim, works fine.
Any other thoughts on what to try?

the line is dead again. Same thing happened week ago with the porting initially.
If you can not make a network connect my phone will not give me the option of selection a network connection.
I did try, and tried again.

@zulup If you are not connecting to the network , cannot make outgoing calls, it is not a porting issue
And it does heart to change the network connection to manual unless you travel to US later. Nothing wrong, try it

If you were close to the border then you would be getting the welcome to the US text when you inadvertently connect to a US tower. You didn't say that happens.

doesnt work in another phone.
just tried to call the number it says not in service.
I can not pick a different connection it will not give me that option.

@zulup you live close to the US border. Try also to change the Network connection to Manual and pick Public Mobile and see if it connects

have you a different unlocked phone handy you can try that sim in it ?

sounds like your sim has reached end of life. Get a new one, then add it to your account to retain same phone number.

@zulup which area you are at? City and province?
Did you check if your account status is active? To avoid browser cache confusing, please login My account using Incognito mode to confirm account status
If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue. Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment
