I need someone to help me asap. I'm trying to activate this Sim card to plan for this person's phone. For his birthday. This phone doesn't accept esim. So I've paid the plan. I would like my money y back. Please ensure someone contacts me as I. Out 52. Bucks. Thx

Perhaps you can buy a physical sim and do the sim change in your My Account or have a CSA assist you.

You can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, and in the “Start your Search here” box type 'customer support agent' for Contacting a Customer Support Agent (CSA) with Public Mobile if you want to try and ask, but don't get your hopes up.

 

@Wbolton62   you will need to open ticket with support and ask them to turn off Autopay so they won't keep charging

In terms of refund, I doubt they will as PM is prepaid, but you can bring it up on the same ticket.  But again, it is very important to ask them to turn off autopay for you since you are unable to login at all and activation not completed

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Wbolton62   Sorry, PM is a prepaid provider and no refund.

But you still have to disable Autopay to make sure PM won't continue charging you.  

Please login to My Account, Payment page, Manage Subsription and toggle Subscribed off

@Wbolton62   did you pick eSIM and not physical sim card?

you don't have to cancel the account.  you can buy a physical sim card from local Telus/Koodo stores and then go to My Account, Profile page and put in the new sim card number there to change sim
