For sum reason I could not register with an esim card, so I tried my sim card in my phone...didn't work so I ordered a sim card
And paid for it. Now with the mail strike I have not received my sim card soi cannot finalize my sign up with public mobile. Mean while I have paid my first month and my sim card for a total of $45.00 and can't use it. What can I do????

i suggest to ask PM by messaging them. They might be able to arrange it for you to pick up from a store instead

, PM actually will send the sim card via other couriers for the duration of the strike as mentioned here

Add: While you paid for the subscription and wait for the sim card, your plan cycle actually won't start until you received the sim card and complete the rest of the activation step with the PM app. So, no worries
