I never recieved my sim card (morevthan 10 dsys) and when I try to reach out for help, I get an error message

Hey @Rastin and @Jessse Just to add to @Rastin suggestion about picking it up at a Telus store, not all Telus stores carry them. Here's a link for you both for future reference.

It should take 10 working days/2 weeks but other members reported it took 3 weeks to arrive.
Just click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent when it pass 3 weeks.

It can take up to 3 weeks to receive it in the snail mail. If you don't get it after 3 weeks, click on the bottom right corner chat bot and enter... Customer Service.
