@Nizynsky Did you just activate a SIM card porting a number over or pick a new number ? Did you reboot the phone ? Can you try SIM card in another phone to see if services are working or is the sim in phone not showing public mobile at the top of your Home Screen little more info please

@Nizynsky the serial isn't being recognized during activation or your phone isn't recognizing the physical SIM?
