Still have not received refund for sim card bought thru telus after my online sim did not arrive in mail. Sent photo of receipt already.
Furthermore an additional $39 and change was withdrawn from my visa card.. which may have been my bad.
how can i rectify this

@Georges66 - if you paid extra funds on your account, those funds will be used up first on future renewals. It would be much easier to leave the extra funds there than go through the refund process.
But, if you you were told at one point you could get a sim refund then only CSA can help you with that. We are all customers and members like you here.

Open a new ticket or send a new message to customer support to request your SIM card credit. Check your self serve account first as they may have already added it to your available funds. It will be recorded in your payment history. $39 and change? Did you activate on the $35 plan?

@Georges66 hi I would say you need to contact telus,not sure what you are saying about 39 dollars ,was also with telus?

If you bought SIM through Telus you would have to go to Telus for refund. I doubt PM will refund you for that.
Did you open a ticket? Where did you send photo of receipt??
As for $39+ you have to clarify what exactly you did to be charged that much...
