Hi,

I ordered my sim card on the 15th of July and haven't received it yet.

Can you please check if everything is fine?

We are all customers like you and trying to help. SIM will normally take 10 working days and up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Best that you contact a CS_Agent by private messaging by clicking on the envelope icon on your computer for staff to follow up with your order.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
