@ Everyone …I just activated a sim and wanted to switch my number from my old provider I don’t have the old sim so I can’t and now it’s not letting me just have a new number

I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent by private messaging and click on the envelope icon on you computer. Staff will help you from there.

I don’t have access to accept the code or get a call on that number NA shave clicked resend few times and not getting an email option

It looks like you need to confirm to the 2FA code which will be sent to the phone number ending in 122.
You can also click on Resend Code and you will have the option to get the code by email or calling the 122 number.

If you don’t have the old SIM and your previous account is not active then your only option is to pick a new number.
Unless your previous carrier was Telus or Koodo. They might be able to help you. Otherwise, pick a new number.

Old account is not active now as phone was stolen … just don’t know how to get off the page where it is asking me to verfiy so I can start over and just take a number they give me I have already paid the subscription fee and all

@Emmahomer if your old provider account is still active, call them as ask if they accept verbal approval for the port. Some providers allow that and you can still port over the number here

Can you tell your previous provider verbally? Or can you buy their sim and apply it to your account and then re-trigger the transfer?

@Emmahomer Tap resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help. You regain access and change number too if needed

@Emmahomer both accounts need to be active to port number . But to just to pick a new number do so in your my account profile tab
