@CS_Agent i have not yet received my sim that i ordered 10+ days ago.Please send it

I'll tell you what's going on here. First take payment and then don't deliver the sim card. Broken chat bot and a website that keeps logging out will frustrate the customer enough to just leave it aside. Then after msgs here contact the customer that the accounts dept is overloaded and the expedited date of refund is 15 to 20 business days away, a final try that the customer will forget and leave the amount. A public review committee is required under the Canadian Consumer Protection Act to review their services. All effected are invited here to comment please.

I'm guessing you were trying to use the chatbot/ticket system, which is broken and not working properly much of the time.  The link you were given is an alternative that works, it's to private message customer service instead. An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page, or if there is no envelope then tap your avatar for Messages.  Here is the link to send a message to customer service again

I already msged your system keeps logging out.  just wasting time here! No response whatsoever. Need a refund.

@Farhanparekh if you want to change to pick up from store, please message support and arrange. Yes, you can have friends to pick it up for you

I already paid them where do I pick it up from and can someone else do it for me?

if you're in or near the GTA, these guys have the PM sims for $5.99 and promise FAST shipping...they also have a local pick-up option.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
