I have ordered a sim card last Monday and it has been 6 business days, while when I order the system tells me I may get it in 2 business days. How can I follow up on this to see if it is not mailed out yet or lost?

You can also ask them for a refund and order one from Amazon for 5 bucks, it is cheaper and less chances of getting "lost" 🫠

PM uses only Canada post to ship the sim card so it could be lost
please submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to check, maybe resend you a new one

SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. There is not a official tracker to track SIM cards.
You can contact CS agent using the link below if it has been a long time and you believe your SIM card is lost.

Make sure to monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will receive the response.
