@Chantel8 , you forgot the e-mail address, you lost your SIM card.
Did you also indicate you only had the phone for 2 days PLUS you know it's an icloud e-mail account - yet, you don't know the e-mail address?
Is the e-mail address YOUR address, or someone else's?
Did you activate this service, or did someone else do so on your behalf?
Is there any additional information which may help us, help you?

Changing SIM cards is no longer done from within your self serve account. You must ask a modeerator to perform this task. Please go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type "SIM card swap".

@Chantel8 You need to submit a ticket to moderators via chatbot (bubble) bottom right of screen and follow prompts, type in "SIM swap".
