Hi. As of the subject, I ported over to Public Mobile for the Black Friday deal by purchasing a physical sim card directly. It was $10 at the time. A few days later, the cost of the sim card dropped to $5 as part of the same Black Friday deal.
Is it possible to request for a credit back to my account (or refund) of the $5 difference? Tagging a @Mod or J_PM for help (hope this is the correct way to do this).

The $5 SIM deal applies to purchase made on Black Friday but it is worth a try to ask so private message them at:

You may not get a refund but may credit your account. But is it really worth $5 to go through the trouble?
