I hope it doesn't say Telus on it. Does it give any instructions for adding it into your account? If it says something about 123 then that's the wrong voucher for here anyway.

Is there any chance your debit card from your bank has a visa or Mastercard logo on it? If it does you could use your debit card. If not you will need a vanilla prepaid credit card or a prepaid credit card from a service like KOHO in order to open the account. Once your account is open you can continue to use vouchers.
There might even be a chance of support being able to open the account for you so you can sign up and continue to only use vouchers. I’d suggest reaching out and seeing if that is something they could do for you. You have nothing to lose by asking.

If you manage to get the account open I highly suggest fully doing the sign up process fully with the app.

It sounds like you bought what we call a voucher. No, you can't sign up using a voucher. Who knows why. We don't. So the idea of a visa gift card kind of card is your solution. Then after you're all signed up you can use that voucher.

@Romanar You need credit card to activate or buy a pre paid visa from a gas station and just keep topping it up afterwards or buy payment vouchers and load them *611 or in account after activation

Well I try the site and app and they both need a credit card and I have a receipt with a pass code just like pay as you go

@Romanar Be sure to download the new PM app to complete the activation , or just start there from beginning to end . Needs the app to activate anyways . Then once activated you can still manage your account on the website

just to clarify, this is a prepaid service, slightly different from Pay as You go. This is almost like any mobile service but this is 30 days cycle here and you pay to use the service for the upcoming 30 days
To activate the service, get a sim card first, which you might have done already
Then download the PM app and to your phone and start the installation process there. Let us know if you encounter any issues and we can help

All Public Mobile plans are prepaid for 30 days or 90 days depending on the plan. There is no pay as you go. But if you want to activate your SIM card, download the public mobile app, create an account, select a plan, choose a number, put in the info of your SIM card, and the app will activate your SIM.
