The International addon I paid for is not working. I've tried shutting the phone down and restarting twice but no luck. The message when I try to call the UK says the cal can't be completed as I'm out of minutes.

HI @Rachelthompy
the paid version of the International LD addon cannot be used to call UK. You need to buy the actual UK LD addon
Please submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to change it for you
