Ordered my sim card over 3 weeks ago and the order still has not been fulfilled. What can I do besides writing in this forum about my non-refundable order?

Also, you can order one from Amazon for $4.99 and, if you are a Prime member, usually receive it the next day.

There isn't a klinik or telus/kodoo retail near me. There is a store that may sell telus products that I can check out. I'll update if they have public mobile sim cards.

is there a Mobile Klinik or Telus/Kodoo retail store near you ? If so, buy a PM sim and then message Customer Support to request credit to your account for that sim you bought.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
