I change my plans to 4g network with 20g of data.
My network is still slow and drops connection all the time! I have 3bars! I have reset network and settings and still slow or not working! I work from home and need this to be fixed ASAP! As well when I call *611 sometimes it works but most times I have to hang up and call back several times! This is a huge inconvenience!

Hello thank you for your support. This is what I’m getting as an error message!
my pre-authorized payment is not working online or when I call my account! Everything stopped working and I switched over to the 4G plan with 20 Gs of data! I reset my network turned on and off airplane mode reset my settings on my phone and still nothing is working and customer service is saying the public mobile is under maintenance we should’ve been notified of this this is a huge inconvenience and lack of customer service!

Try toggling airplane mode on/off and reboot your phone. Has the majority of your issues occurred since your renewal? If so its likely a provisioning issue. Ask the CSA to reset your account and reprovision your Sim card. If you don't get a response by 10pm eastern you will likely have to wait for morning. We can run you thru some troubleshooting tips to try and reprovision your Sim card on your end but if you can get customer support tonight it would be preferable. Report back your results. Contact customer support as above in @dabr 's post.

@Jonny1234 You can submit a ticket via chatbot or send a private message to CS_Agent and have customer support take a look at your account. Here's couple of links to support, try chatbot first.

I’m am connected to LTE Network. I upgraded my plan over a week ago. Since the upgrade I’ve had nothing but problems. I need technical support!

The speed change can take 48 hours to occur. Is the speed below 3Mbps? If the speeds are below 3Mbps (the speed of the 3g plans) whe you're connected to the LTE network, this means that there is network congestion/unfavorable network conditions in your area. Try the data connection in other locations to compare.

@Jonny1234 Only thing that will change with 4G plans in terms of network connectivity is the speed. You won't be throttled at 3mbps. However, it could take up to 48 hours until you experience full 4G speeds.
