Hello Everyone!
I am fairly new here.
Do I need to have two different identities to sign into my
1) Public Mobile Account
2) Community ?
When I am in the Community and click on Sign-in/My Account, nothing happens.

HI @Kicia is your signin to My Account working now?
The current sigin system is called EverSafe. It is one login for both Community and My Account.
When you setup the sigin for @Kicia , it should have a step to link your phone to his login and will send a 2FA code to your phone, have you gone through that step yet? If you did, when you click sign in to My Account, it will bring you to the EverSafe login page, you just need to enter the same email and same password you used to login @Kicia and it should bring you to My Account.

@Kicia Did you try a different browser, or open a tab in incognito/private mode then try to log into My Account that way. Are you on computer or mobile? If mobile, once select Sign In, does it then show My Account to select?

@Kicia - Is this your only Community ID, or were you prompted to create a new nickname?
The same email and same password is used to log into both Community and My Account.
Try a different browser, or open a tab in incognito/private mode then try to log into My Account that way.

Actually, I was wrong. Not that nothing happens. When I click on Sign-in/My account, it directs me back to Sign-in
