My account says locked too many signin attempts. Try again in 1 hr. Every time I go back after waiting for much longer than an hour it still won’t allow me to sign in.

Try "Forgot Password", and follow those steps.

If it appears “locked” (greyed out) after entering your verification code then delete the last digit and re-enter it manually. I still have to do this quite often. It always works for me.

Try clearing your cash or a different device and see if that helps

Website is finicky.  Try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or try the PM app or even a different device.
