Hello

I had a plan with public mobile and I was out of Canada for one year. In that period I bought a plan every 3 month (which keep my Sim card activated for 9 months). Now I came back and I want to activate my number again. I have forgotten my password and when I wanted to sign in, I haven't received the 6 digit code yet on my email. I tried that several times. How can I change my password and activate my account now? Any thoughts?

you can call via VoIP app like TextNow to 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter your number to check ifntje account is still here, active or suspended 

 

To login to My Account, try to self reset the password or open ticket with support for help

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@Alirezafrz , have you check the spam box for the 2fa email?  Try again also using incognito mode on the browser.  If all else fails, initiate a support ticket using the chatbot link.
