I put the new SIM into my phone and downloaded the PM app. I have signed in 10 times and it keeps showing me the sign-in screen on the app??

I installed the app and signed in. It opens a Chrome window for login. After completing login, it goes back to the app but remains on the sign-in screen. It keeps repeating like this dozens of times with no progress.
Then I signed in Incognito browser and it shows Continue Activation button which again does nothing...

Is there problem with you downloading the app? A workaround is to ask a friend to download and complete the activation for you. Once activated, he can remove the app and you can access everything using the browser

and I did try incognito mode but it shows Complete Activation and always throws back to app login screen and remains there...

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

new sim card, are you activating new account or just trying to link the newbsom card to an existing account and phone number?
