Trying to log into account but activation code sent to wrong phone number

Hey, when I click resend code, this does not give me the option to send to my email.  Also, I have never joined PM before, this is the same phone number that I have used since starting with PM. Also, clicking on the forgot email link does not send an email to my email address.

@Ant39 what happens if you use the Forgot your email option:https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail?locale=en&ForceAuth=true

Then you enter your phone number, does that bring you to proper steps to log in?

@Ant39   that wrong number, did you join PM before and maybe that was the old phone number?

try this

If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email

If you can log back in to My Account, go to the Profile page, click Manage EverSafe id, and change the number to receive 2FA there
