Sign In to My Account not working

I was using a credit card to pay for my phone bill, but cancelled that credit card and want to start paying my phone bill with my debit card. So I tried to sign in to My Account, but it said my password was wrong. I tried resetting it, but it gave me an error message similar to “there has been an error, try again later”. I’ve been trying for weeks and it never lets me reset my password. I’ve been making do without data and the ability to call people, but for convenience, I’d like to be able to log in to My Account so I can continue paying for my phone bill. Any tips?

@emmawang1203  If not using a credit card to pay bill it would need to be a visa debit card another option would be with vouchers also . Can’t use a regular debt bank card … as for signing in if you have already reset password and still not able to log in . Get support to help you regain access

HI @emmawang1203   you have been trying for weeks?  I think you need CS agent help to reset the password. 

 

Please open ticket wtih agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Have you ever created a My Account before? If not, or having issues with your My Acccount, and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link

Please try again using Incognito mode as advised by @kaytus 

 

if that still does not work,  PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@emmawang1203If you don't see an updated usage still, try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome or try on another device. You should then see the latest info from the server
