Shifting and want to discuss payment

romilparh

Hi,

I am shifting to Fido as I am getting a better plan with them. I was billed yesterday for $40, will anything be refunded for not using the service even a day when I was charged for a month?

Regards
Romil

You'll get a prorated refund if you are a postpaid Fido customer. If you are a prepaid Fido customer, there won't be any refund.

So you see @RosieR, the Oracles don't always have the all knowing perfectly beautiful answers. This was quoted from before he edited his post when he realized he mis-interpreted.

@romilparh : Most prepaid providers don't generally give pro-rated refunds. This is one of those. If you like your money then transfer your number out near the end of your current new term.

Sorry, I corrected it after I realzied my error. I didn't realize that you were replying.
