Hi, I am shifting to Fido as I am getting a better plan with them. I was billed yesterday for $40, will anything be refunded for not using the service even a day when I was charged for a month?RegardsRomil
It says account is disabled. also the discount specified in email sent to me is not confirmed. $15 off, i did not receive any confirmation.
