Finally got my account set up, however I can't figure out the voicemail.
I clicked on initialize voicemail link and dialed my number, however I can't figure out how to choose my voicemail pin.
Help please what am I doing wrong?

Try dialing 1-778-580-4001 then enter your number then it might automate some processes from there. Then we can talk about setting the access number.

after you reset VM PIN on My Account, then press and hold 1 to call VM on your phone to complete the VM PIN reset with your phone

What happens when you dial your own number?
Did you try holding down 1 on your keypad.

Yes I did. I told me to click to initialize then dial my number. Not sure if I'm reading it wrong, as I can figure it out.

Did you try logging into your PM account to reset your voicemail password?
