Setting up a preauthorized credit card for my phone

The credit card to pay for my phone expired and the phone is not showing up in my account anymore. How can I set up a preauthorized credit card to make a payment automatically every month?

@nathan111 the EverSage login was unable to link up your My Account, please message support and they can link them up manually to resolve the issue

no

So you have two accounts? And you tried to port in a number from another provider into a different account? But maybe it got tripped up and ported in to this account? Is that about it?

it prompts me to "resume activation". I had this issue last month and ended up paying using a voucher but I don't want to do that every month.

@will13am so, you logged in My Account and the phone number shows there on Profile page is different? Or you cannot access My Account at all? if cannot access, what error you got?

the reason for the problem was adding another number to my previous account which overrode the number I am trying to pay the bill for.

The expired credit card should not have caused this problem. I have a visa gift card on an account that expired last night. I can still log in.

You might need to realize that we are all customers like you.

Did you try the forgot email and forgot password functions?

there is no account I have that has the information for the number that I want to pay the bill for. Add the number to this account so I can make payments

@nathan111 , pre-authorized payment should be set on by default.  You can check by going into your online account and checking the payment tab under subscription.

Depending on when nathan111 joined, autopay/pre-authorized payments might not be turned on.  Starting from the time that the Self Serve systems were updated, the pre-authorized payments were forced on all new customers.
