When I go to setup my device it gets stuck on either the plan or my phone number, I void the phone number and start with a new one as I am a koodo customer currently and can switch my number over. The site has charged me for the plan but yet is still wanting to charge me again and "setup" my SIM card. Where I live there are no Public Mobile stores around and koodo won't help. How can I get this to work or get my money back????????

If your card has been charged and the transaction is posted not pending then the activation should have occurred.
- Can you log into your self serve account?
- Do you have service or does your phone connect to public mobile when you insert the pm Sim card?
- How long ago did the first attempt at activation that charged your payment card for the plan occur? If it was more than one hour did the second attempt at activation accept the Sim card # on the first step?

If an actual payment has gone through to your credit card then stop.
What happens when you insert the sim? Does anything work? Can you dial 611?

what error did you get? error 821?
You are currently on Koodo? So, did you already request porting in the phone number? or you were not that far yet?
did you try to put your sim card into a phone ? does it connec to PM? If so, can you make outgoing calls? if it works, try incoming calls as well
