Services are on hold for less than 90 days but the website do not show when 90 days start on.

Based on the rule “If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number.” I paid on April 28th and the cycle ends on May 28th. I have a question about the 90 days. Is the 90 days start on April 28th end on July 27th or start on May 28th end on August 26th?

@Syd5 , the 90 days covers the suspension period.  The April 28 payment keeps the account current until May 28.  Suspension starts on May 29 which is day 1 of the 90 day count down.  If you intend to keep the account but use as much of the allowed suspension period as possible, I would suggest not going right to the last day.  Glitches can happen, site can go down for maintenance.  Reactivating at day 87 is probably as far as you want to push it.

@Syd5

It will start on May 28 because this is when your cycle ended but I would renew your service 88 days so if there are any issues.
