text messages not working after activation

I am not receivign or able to send messages after activation.

@Dhana108  Maybe check the list on this page to see if your Moto is listed, and check the APN settings.  Although that shouldn't affect SMS so that may require a fix by customer service.

@Dhana108   You can contact customer service by submitting a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work for you then send agents a private message using this link, which is pre-addressed. An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right, or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope.

In the meantime maybe you can give us some more information that might help, like what phone do you have, iPhone or Android?

SMS and MMS messages. I rebooted my phone but still the same.

@Dhana108   Everything else works, voice calls in and out, data?  Are these SMS messages, MMS messages, iMessages or something else?  Have you rebooted the phone?
