three of my household family members got a text offer for 4G and 40 GB for $29.00. I just want the same offer. I have been a public mobile member for many years. Can someone please look into this for me. who can I contact to get this deal? Thank you

Hi @Stef4, are you on the same current plan as your family members that received the offer? It seems that customers that are getting offers are usually for plans that cost more money (basically up selling). If you are on a more expensive plan this could explain why you didn't get the offer, they're not keen on losing money. Hope this helps

hi @Stef4 they are targeted offer and they usually don't give it out even you ask.  But you can try
