Services Still Cut Off Payment Accepted

Hello;

my services are still cut off even though my payment was accepted and my subscription renewed. 

my mother passed away over Christmas and we are having a service for her today and I am the executor so I really require my services to be on as soon as possible. 

I paid via a recharge phone top up card as the system is still not accepting adding my card to my account.

first reboot the phone and test the service

if still has no service, please  use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again and check.  (use those mode to avoid caching problem).  Check if status still suspended, and check Payment history and see if PM really accepted the money and used it for renewal.  And check if Available funds has money there.  Maybe PM took the money and saved it as Available funds and didn't use it for renewal

 

if same, payment take, renewed, but plan not work, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@KrisNeedsHelp  If today is your renewal day and you still have service you can ignore this error message . It Halle’s to us all on our renewal day . If you haven’t got service then please submit ticket with support
