Hi it won't let me do anything I tried changing my credit card and it won't let me I called the 611 to try to get reconnected and it still won't let me it keeps going from one thing to another then I try to change the subscription and it won't let me no matter what it won't let me do anything to even try to get a payment or to change the description or nothing It's not letting me get my service back at all it just this is all i get Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number. and when i try to add a credit card it says this Sorry we're not able to process this request at this time please try again later

@Liz85mou you cannot add/update credit card by calling *611
you really have to try again with web or with app to update card info

No I had it for the last 8 years I have a pin but it still won't let me add a card

@Liz85mou , I tried calling 611, the service is up and running. By chance did you create your account not long ago? I have noticed that newer accounts do not include an account PIN. If you do not have an account PIN, use this link to create one. Account PIN is needed to transact using 611.

did you try on both browser and app?
I suggest you to wait another day and try again
if that does not work still or maybe you want to resume service first, get a voucher and have the plan renewed first. Get it from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC for another phone
