@Johnmacwilliams If you can log in to her account (Public Mobile is all online, did she sign up a long time ago before an Eversafe profile was required?) she can also use points for a bill credit once she has 15 points for $15 off.

I apologise, it seems her $27 balance from a $25 voucher she had added didn't cover her balance, something we'll check some time before her time is up

It's my sister's phone, been suspended although she has a positive balance to cover her plan. She doesn't do online but I've tried setting her up online, can't because her email won't work although she received an email from PM at the same address. The one agent that I messaged with for 2 minutes wasn't much help

@Johnmacwilliams If you can explain your problem here (without personal info since it's public) maybe someone can help figure out a solution. Of course being customers we can't see your account, so it depends what the issue is.

support does not reply instantly, usually they reply within an hour or so, and usually issue is resolved within 4 hours or so.
Just check community inbox or reply them again and press for update
