Service won't renew

Try to pay payment to active account but keeps saying that there is an error and cannot process request at this time. It's been over 3 days n no phone

did you try on both browser and app?

Wait another day and try again

  1. using the browser with Incognito mode
  2. Try again using the app.  If you have already installed the app, uninstall , reboot and reinstall.  
    And remember to grant Location Permission to the app before trying to login

if issue persists or you cannot afford to wait any longer to try,  get a voucher and have the plan renewed first.  Get it from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/CanTire and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, or via My Account/PM app if you can login the account
